3. Yesterday the yard was filled with family as the annual Easter Egg Hunt was completed. The Easter Bunny left eggs everywhere around the yard. A great family picture was obtained, however, sadly, one member was missing as he was visiting his other set of grandparents.
4. Hey, the fun isn't over--it is Easter Monday. I hear eggs will be rolled on The White House grounds during the morning hours.
5. I wonder if the aggression I see on the highways is related to COVID? Are people acting out their frustration in their cars or have they lost a sense of society and collegiality due to the isolation caused by the pandemic?
6. Today in History. On April 18, 1906, at 5:13 a.m., an earthquake estimated at close to 8.0 on the Richter scale strikes San Francisco, California, killing an estimated 3,000 people as it topples numerous buildings. The quake was caused by a slip of the San Andreas Fault over a segment about 275 miles long, and shock waves could be felt from southern Oregon down to Los Angeles.
